General AV FAQs

How do I rent AV equipment? What is the process?

At Tech Media, you can call  (246) 234-6614  to determine your audiovisual needs, especially if you are unsure of what kind of equipment to rent.

We will get back to you right away to find out more details about your event. Once that is done, we can make recommendations about the type of equipment your event will need along with rental pricing.  We will email you a quote to review and once that is complete, the service is scheduled.

How long in advance can I rent audio visual equipment?

Once you have your venue, date, and speakers confirmed, give us a call to check on availability and equipment..

You may also want to obtain from the speakers/presenters a written form on the equipment they are requesting. On the other side of it, we recommend you don’t wait too late! Many planners wait until many other items are completed before scheduling equipment and this can cause issues so be sure to get involved as early as possible.

What Powerpoint Presentation Equipment do I need?

For this type of presentation, you usually need a laptop, remote clicker, Full HD Projector and Screen or TV rental. You can also rent a laptop from us and the other type of equipment will be based on the size of the meeting, power drop requirements, and they type of room configuration selected. In addition, Presentations running video, will also need speakers for audio output.

Do you provide on-site technical support for audio-visual events?

Yes, we provide experienced technicians to manage and troubleshoot all technical aspects during your event to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What are your rates for audio-visual services?

Our rates vary depending on the scope and duration of the event. We offer transparent pricing and custom quotes to suit your needs. Contact us for a detailed breakdown and itemized quotation.

What types of payment do you accept for your services?

We currently accept cheques, bank transfers, and online payments to make the process as convenient as possible.

Funeral Livestreaming FAQs

What are the costs of your livestreaming packages?

Our prices depend on the type of service, how long it lasts, and any extra features you may want. At Memorial View, we offer clear, upfront pricing and a range of packages to suit different needs and budgets—so you can honour your loved one without added financial stress.

Do you offer Slideshows or Video creations for events?

Yes! For a small additional fee, we can create and render a video slideshow from photos received, (along with any music choices) for the funeral service to show on our Large Screen TV Monitors.

What do I need to provide before the funeral service date?

Prior to the day of the funeral, we work to produce a professional YouTube Cover with all the relative information. With that we would require a photo of the deceased, Sunrise & Sunset Dates, Service Location and Start Time. We would also request a copy of the Order of Service.

Can I receive a recording of the funeral?

Yes we can provide a USB Drive with a recording of the full livestream for you to keep.

How long will my Livestream be on Youtube?

Our livestreams are on Youtube for as long as you want. Clients can request a removal at any time.

Do you offer Private livestreams?

Yes we can provide an unlisted Youtube link which can only be viewed by those with the link. There is also the option of having it private by emails only where you can provide a list of emails and only those can access the video.
